   question…i have been reading about VB for a whlile now and am almost convinced to purchase it soon..my problem is Im a newby to blogging but have been reading alot recently about it..Would i be able to use it effectively without being banned if i dont abuse it? Secondly is there somewhere i can get the info to learn how to use it effectively?
   Did you say it only posts to blogger.com?
   Is there a forum for the purchasers?

   I forgot to ask whats the difference between BS and VB? Is one better than the other or what?
   thanks for this great info block…its great for us newbies also..and please continue putting the cookies on the bottom shelf so we all can get at em…I hardly knew what a blog ws when i came here

   Hi greg, I know there use to be a forum for members, but I have not been there in a while.

   VB only posts to bloggers, and blog generator name that includes blogger is for blogger only.

   I just fired up the upgrade for VB last nite and it is sweet. It has a lot of features the other “blogger” generators do not have. What’s really cool is the network blogging feature which creates your own networks of blogs that are interlinked. Amy uses the term network to describe what I and others have been referring to as blog clusters. So networks and clusters mean the same thing.

   Another cool feature is the ability to spam your own blogs with comments! Why would you want to spam yourself? Because when you do VB also pings your blogs again! Pinging is a big part of blogging.

   As for learning how to blog there really is no place I can refer you to. I may tackle that job here if I get some free time! I have been mostly concentrating on bloggers with some experience and judging from the emails I get and comments I read, it looks like a crash course on blogging is in order.

   People use blogger blog mostly for getting backlings and for getting other new sites indexed faster, we call that blog & ping. Most blogger blogs end up being disposable because the blogger filters are cruel!

   It is possible to effectively use blogger for adsense and long term use, but I warn you, it’s not easy!

   With VB you are given a means to create blog clusters or as Amy prefers blog networks in a matter of minutes. The process is automated by 90% saving you a lot of time! These will not be blogs you will want to use for quality content blogs, not possible with high numbers to keep up quality posts even with automation. Their purpose is to gain BL’s and get your real sites indexed faster! Also to redirect some traffic to your real sites!

   What a lot of people do is use rss2b and wordpress for their real blogs. And use blogger blogs to feed them. On your real sites is where you would either promote adsense or some other affiliate.

   In fact rss2b and AFG are a perfect combo for affiliates!

   Systems like Blog Solution attempt to do it all! And BS does not use blogger or wp, instead it uses it’s own custom blogging system. The general idea is the same, stronger in numbers, build, build, build!

   For a newbie just starting out I would definitely recommend programs like Voodoo Blogger or Fast Blogger, but I think FB may be a little too much for some newbies as the program is broken up in 3 different seperate apps. You swap list files from each app to complete the whole process.

   In contrast VB is one program with different menus. In other words the interface is much more user friendly for newbies! And is perhaps the easiest of the bunch to learn how to use.

   If you plan on going after adsense with blogger you will really need to be careful! I’m trying to talk Amy in to adding a rssfeed feature for VB! That will help out a lot! And you could use as many rssfeeds as possible.

   A word about rssfeeds to any one using them now. Bloger is very hip to what you are doing! I would not rely on searchfeeds or newsfeeds any more! I would not even use searchfeeds! If you do use newsfeeds mix it with as many other feeds as you can. The smoking gun will be dupelicate posts whcih are verry common with news and search feeds.

   But any way VB still does not have rssfeed capabilities, but I’m pretty sure I can talk Amy in to doing it for the next upgrade. She is veryto any thing that will improve her programs!

   Blogging remains to be the best vehicle for profit. And blogger blogs despite their very sensitive filters, are still usable! I use blogger! But you must expect a certain percentage of your blogs will get busted!

   VB offers a way to try to salvage as many of those “busted” blogs as possible with a automated system to request a review for those blogs. You should use real email addresses with blogger accounts! I have successfully got several of my splogs reactivated! If they pass you, you get an email in 24 hours! If it takes longer forget it!

   Amy was talking about raising the price of VB for this upgrade. The release coincided with her having to take some personal time off, so the price is still the same. I’m not trying to tell you to hurry up and get it before Amy comes back, I have no idea if and when she will raise the price, but she said she was going to, and she always does what she says.

   Any way greg, I think VB is a great way to break in to the auto blog world! Just be patent, your going to get busted, we all do! They key is to keep building!

   Well I can tell you this, it certainly would not hurt!

   I use blogger blogs to get my new BS domains indexed in 24-48 hours! Some have found that hard to believe, I don’t know why? I have a good number of bloggers and many are now aged! I can get almost any new site indexed in 24-48! Accept for TE pages I have given up on them! I’m convinced it is because of the searchfeeds TE uses!

   You don’t really need VB if you have BS. And the guys over at BS think I’m crazy still using blogger. May be I know some thing they don’t, or may be they know some thing I dont

   All I know is I’m not ready to give up bloggers just yet!

   If you got the bucks, then for heavens sakes get both! YOU WILL NOT REGRET! But if you don’t have the bucks, just get one of them. I suggested VB because you said you were new to blogging and VB is the easiest to learn to use of all the programs out there. If you got the bucks, get rss2b pro too! I still use it and AFG!

   Greg, if you want to make money with blogs, you need a lot of blogs! You need as many tools and techniques as you can handle! Any one who thinks they can get rich from just one program with out any work is in for a disapointment. They will make some money, but for serious money, you need to understand despite the automation, we never stop!

   I have a few domains up with BS, and sure I’m seeing very good results! I plan on pushing it to 100 domains the limit of my license. If I make $3000 a month from each domain, then I will rest But I think may be $50-$100 a month per domain will be more like it. A weird thing happens with numbers. It never works out like it should on the drawing board I think $6000 to 10,000 a month with 100 domains is a more realistic goal to shoot for with BS. Not bad for a couple hundred dollar investment! You can do the same with blogger or wordpress and VB and rss2b, but it requires more work.

   personally, I’m never happy

   Thanks for such a detailed explanation. I was thinking of getting FB in the beginning but after reading your post about the VB update, I really don’t know which one to choose. Now, if you were given a choice to pick ONLY one of these two. Which one would you prefer?

   How does this upgrade handle the Blogger captcha when creating blogs? Do you have type in each one like on FB?

    VB handles the the captcha the way every blogger creation program does. The key elements here that is a plus is the ability to set your blog titles and blog urls the way you want them ahead of time in text files. You set every thing. Your emails, and username and passwords too! I like this ability a lot. Because as long as you do not pick overly popular keywords like Free Ringtones for titles you can instead use your own mind to come up with a decent list! And try managing 1000’s of bloggers or even 100’s. I prefer to use usernames and passwords easier to remember. Now you can scramble them as much as you want or as little as you want. What I do is create a text file for username and just add one line like…
    whamo
    just one username! I allow the program to add randon numbers at the end. For password, I prefer some thing like this….
    noway
    and prefer not to add any numbers at the end. This way it’s faster for me to login manually to a account if I should have to!

    Another really cool feature in VB is the ability to try to save blogs that get hit with the captcha or get LOCKED. By using real emails you can request a “human” review of your blog(s). Don’t laugh! Those who laugh at this have no idea how to work blogger!! No you won’t get every blog saved, but if you can get 5%-10% of them saved it’s worth it, because once they are reviewed and PASSED, they get what is called WHITELISTED! And once a blog is whitelisted, the filters never bother it again

    The other two features which are cooler then Gang Banging Google that are really verry useful is…
    ability to create instant networks (clusters), AND spam the crapola out of your own blogs!!!!

    Oh yea! Bend over Google!!!!
