Good interview. Amy comes across about as expected. She doesn’t pull her punches.
It’s the introduction I have a problem with.
“Only on the Internet is aggressive and successful marketing called spam, and referred to as a bad thing!”
Take one example - cold calling. It’s aggressive and has been successful and is banned in most countries I visit. In the UK there is the Telephone Preference Service - In the US there is the Do Not Call. Other countries have their own versions.
Oh, might as well throw another example into the pot. Junk faxes. There are some very major players in both the US and the UK mired in legalese and court action over sending of junk faxes.
For the record, I use one or 2 of Amy’s products. They do their job very well.

Good points! I definitely hate junk faxes!!! But still support cold calling. I’ve had to make many cold calls in my life
