How To Find The Best Adsense Keywords!

There are a few ways to conduct your own adsense keyword research with free online tools! In fact, the old fashion manual way forces more thought and planning on your behalf actually produces better results then fully automated subscription or paid programs. Not that subscriptions or programs are bad, it’s just they automate the process so much that it leaves little room for your own planning and thinking. Relying too much on automated programs is not always the best especially for newbies! I want to share with you some of the best ways to do your own adsense research.

Here are a few resources I recommend for adsense research.

By knowing what the highest paying kw’s are, you have a better starting point in choosing which related phrases you will target, or which niches to look at.

The NicheBot is also a MUST for your adsense research!
Simply start by entering a keyword or phrase. The results will be the most popular terms, you can then select any of the results to further investigate related terms for each!

Another cool place to check out is MIVA, a search engine that also includes the pay out for each result phrase. A good way to double check and test both popularity, and value of keywords and phrases.

You can also use Google’s Keyword Tool for adwords to select good adsense words and phrases!

The best way to target adsense is with blogs. Either by brute force, just building +1000’s of blogs, or by blog clusters. Brute force works great with Yahoo and MSN, but Google may deindex you and even ban you if they see too many blog pages popping up in a short amount of time. Blog Clusters uses a different strategy and is more flexible. Basically you create blog clusters that are linked together. Each cluster targets a main keyword phrase. You can even create sub clusters too. Since clusters does not rely on brute force you have a greater survival chance on Google, and if you target less competitive keywords and phrases you will avoid the sandbox and see decent results. There are programs best suited for each strategy. I use both, and then some!

Blog Solution is best for brute force!
RSS2Blog and SEO Blog Builder is best for Blog Clusters!

Hi Bud, I don’t fully understand the blog cluster method. What does a cluster look like in general? What are you aiming to acheive with the method?

Using “credit card” as an example. Are you aiming to build 20 sites targetting credit card then link them to a single page? So is “cluster” a fancy word for “backlink”?

    curious,

    K

Generally a blog cluster is just a way to break down your keywords in a more constructive systematic way.

    For example, credit cards

this is a pretty competitive and also very broad term. But lets create a credit card cluster.

We search for the best keyword phrases but since these will be very competitive, we go to next popular kw phrases like,

    fast credit
    easy credit
    instant credit
    unsecured credit
    best credit

these will be the names of our blogs in this cluster. Each blog will be linked together and follow a theme. Of course you can have as many or as few blogs in each cluster.

Blog clusters can be done on the same domain with a new blog in a subfolder, or as subdomains. Or on different domains.

We could create another related cluster and link to and off this cluster! For example, payday loans would be a nice related subject to work off or from credit cards. Creating a new cluster for “loans”, and then linking the two cluster.

We could also create a new cluster targeting Get Out Of Debt! And link to the other 2 clusters. Another cluster targeting refinancing, another for bankrupcy.

What we are attempting to accomplish here is twofold.

To create a systematic way to target main kw’s and niches and related kw’s, and follow a well structured themed system to create our own quality BL’s.

Blog Clusters is a powerful way to target adsense, and provide quality BL’s.

This is just the bare bone of the clustering strategy. Over the years some webmasters have tweaked or modified the proceedure to meet their own needs. Some prefer clustering one way over another, but the basic principals are the same or very similar.

    Bud thanks for the explanation.

To be honest having read this twice, I don’t see much difference between this and the strategy called “self-controlled back-linking”.

Except maybe that the backlinks here are on theme?
